Meet the Team: Michele Ostrander

Michele Ostrander, Chief of Staff at Andromeda Labs, brings a wealth of experience and passion to the team. Holding a Bachelors of Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, Michele's current focus in Web3 lies in enterprise adoption, real-world assets, and identity ownership. She strongly advocates for individuals to have control over their digital identities and for corporations to empower creators and builders using Web3 technologies.

Notably, Michele co-founded a blockchain infrastructure project in 2017, leading to an early exit to Dish Network in 2019. Her subsequent roles involved consulting on early-stage technology projects and developing partnerships with enterprise organizations.

Michele is particularly excited about Andromeda's future in bridging the enterprise and government sectors into Web3 by using the Andromeda Operating System (aOS). She believes that blockchain's accountability and transparency are crucial for the betterment of humanity. 

Beyond work, Michele enjoys winter activities like skiing and snowboarding and embraces the outdoors in the summer through hiking and paddleboarding. Michele currently lives in Brooklyn, NY and frequently visits her native home in Golden, CO.
