Educated at Western Michigan University, Alvernia University, and Johnson & Wales University, Joe specializes in counseling businesses, startups, entrepreneurs, and investors. His expertise extends to private equity fund formation, capital raising, and a focus on emerging technologies such as blockchain, cryptocurrency, and artificial intelligence. In recent years, Joe has also expanded his representation to include professional athletes in their business and investment transactions.

Joe's journey into blockchain legal representation began in 2016 when a gaming client introduced a PC game with embedded blockchain elements. This venture's acquisition by a leading blockchain gaming project ignited Joe's enduring fascination with the field. His involvement deepened through research and practical experience, leading him to the North Texas Blockchain Alliance (NTBA), where he became a linchpin in educating the community, shaping policy, and fostering collaboration for the industry's growth in North Texas.
